What are turnaround times?

My current turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 3-4 weeks. This time can vary depending on current volume. 

Made to Order- All made to order items will have an approximate 4 week turn around. This is subject to change to up to 6 weeks during any busy season or holiday.

Ready to Ship- Any items listed in the "Ready to Ship" tab under Tumblers are available as is and ready to be sent out the door!  These items will be shipped within 3-5 days after purchase.

Refunds or Exchanges:

Due to all orders being customized, refunds or exchanges are NOT available.

If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done the same day the order was placed. 

Any changes to design must be communicated ASAP. Once the design has been approved by you, the sealing process begins and no changes can be made. 

Product Care: 

Please follow all care instructions. 

• Hand wash ONLY
• Do not soak
• Not dishwasher safe
• Do not freeze
• Do not microwave
• Do not leave in hot cars and/or in high temperatures
• Do not drop

All items are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable, they have the potential to break or ruin when care instructions are not followed. Once the item is in buyer’s possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage. 

Shipping:

All items will be shipped via Canada Post and costs will be measured by the total weight of the product. Local pick-up and drop-off is available in the Guelph, Ontario area.
