Buyers will pay in FULL at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments. Production will not start unless the order is paid in full. Shopify receipts and invoice will be sent upon payment. 

✨My Process✨

My creations are custom, original, and unique. It is impossible to make an identical item or an exact replica of another artist’s work. My creations may contain variations in colours, styles, and technique as these are unique to every crafter. There may be VERY small blemishes, bubbles, dimples, tiny rough spots, etc. 

Glitter gets EVERYWHERE! It's a part of me! There may be a teeny tiny random speck of glitter on your cup that migrated from myself or another project. I strive for perfection, but I am human and that is impossible. What I can guarantee is a cup that is as close to perfect as I can get. I do not let anything leave my craft room that I am not proud of! 

Important to Note:

I do not recreate licensed or trademark images or logos. This is copyright infringement and I can receive fines and even possibly be sued and/or face jail time.

✨Returns and Exchanges✨

All items are custom made, by hand, for each order. I DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there is a problem with your item please contact me and we can work on a solution.

It is important to note that the cups and lids ARE NOT leak proof. They must be handled upright to prevent any leakage.

Handle your personalized tumbler with care and follow the instructions on the care card. Resin is durable but not indestructible. I am not responsible for cups that are dropped, placed in the freezer, microwave, left in a hot car, left to soak in water, put in a dishwasher, or any other situations that may compromise the integrity of the cup. Please HANDLE WITH CARE!

✨Shipping and In Person Pick UP✨

Local Pick Up/Meet Up/Drop Off: Available for free at my discretion in the Guelph, Ontario area.

Shipping: All items are sent via Canada Post. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19. 

Please note the estimated date of arrival is just an estimate. Once I have physically shipped your item it is no longer under my control.

✨Processing Time and Shipping✨

Shipping and processing/turn-around time are NOT the same thing. Items have a processing time of approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the amount of orders I am currently working on. Once the item is completed and ready to ship or pick up you will be notified and a pick up/drop off date, place, and time will be made.

Damages: If an item is damaged in the shipping process please take pictures of the box and the cup and send them to me within 24 hours of the delivery. I will then contact Canada Post.
